1. Information we collect
When you use our contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, the marketplaces you sell on and the content of your message.
If you become a client, we also process the business and account information needed to manage your marketplace stores, as set out in your service agreement.
Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a consultation (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract).
- To provide our marketplace management services to clients (performance of a contract).
- To keep business records and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal information and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our form delivery provider (Web3Forms), email and hosting providers, and professional advisers. They may process data only on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we provide services and then for up to 6 years to meet legal and accounting requirements.
5. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email info@asvoroltd.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to client data.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
