Marketplace management services are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal, which sets out the scope, fees, reporting and notice period. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date. You keep full ownership of your marketplace accounts, listings, brand and data at all times.
We work within the rules of each marketplace, but eBay and Etsy are independent third parties. We cannot guarantee specific sales results, search rankings or decisions made by those platforms.
4. Intellectual property
The Asvoro name, logo, text and design of this website belong to Asvoro Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own reference but must not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. eBay and Etsy are trademarks of their respective owners; Asvoro Ltd is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, including by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or sending spam through our contact form.
